Photoshop is software for your computer that allows you to tweak your photographs. Adobe photoshop can be purchased through many computer shops or on the Internet.

In the same way that many people talk about Hoovering the carpet many people us the term to Photoshop something in relation to editing a picture in a photo editing package that does not have to be using Photoshop itself.

There are many alternatives to Photoshop that are much more affordable (see links below).
