Bead release is the substance that you put onto your mandrels to prevent your glass sticking to the metal. This means that (provided you can get the bead off)your mandrels are reusable. There are many different brands of bead release available including:
Foster Fire
Foster Fire smooth and tough
Sludge
Fusion Bead Separator
Bucket of Mud
Dip and Go Sludge
Some bead release is available ready made ad some are in powder form that you need to add water to in order to use.
