Hi!
I would like to show you my latest one with CIM Hades:

CIM Hades, silverfoil and Vetro Clear.
What a pity you can't catch the sparkle in a picture!

Absolutely stunning beads and reactions on here, lovely stuff.

Thought it was about time I entered this comp.

First one - Antique Green with dichroic inside.

Second one- my favourite glass Stone Ground, I just love this stuff, with silver foil, palladium and dark iris gold frit. oh and silver dots.

Third one is Stone ground, silver foil and antique green.

Last one is stone ground again, but I have noticed if you work it hot and use a reduction flame during the process then you get this gorgeous orangey colour, I love it. I have added silver leaf and reduction frit and a filigrano made with ivory and clear.

I've got to start somewhere...

This is the first photo of one of my beads that I've posted. Nothing exciting in terms of style but I was intrigued by the colour of the bead as it is the first I've made with CiM glass having been inspired to get some by this very competition.

Canyon de Chelly, made on a HotHead torch, not annealed.

I seem to have lost all the lovely sparkle from the outside of the rod to a silvery band at the centre of the bead - is that normal?

Only one of these beads is made with CiM glass...

Thai Orchid, made on a HotHead torch, not annealed. The black is Effetre. Both decorated with silvered Effetre ivory stringer. I think these look better at this size than they do in real life!

Crocus with Effetre dark blue purple

No school today coz of the snow, so after sledging I stole some torch time....

Eff dark ivory with Halong bay

Very wishy washy. And the blue looks like it's burnt on some of the spots.

Got more...

Eff dark ivory with Ming

Spreads a bit.
