Right your on Steph, I would love one of those bowls, however considering the number of hours it took to make , not sure I can afford it   I would like one in blues, turquoise's with maybe a touch of yellow thrown in, what do you think?  Still happy to buy this pink one though if it turns out you don't like it after all

haha! the number of hours weren't me making it as such. they're quite simple to make but you're right, they do look a bit special. i'm so glad. i'm going to try to make a couple more before the weekend. just sticking together a bit of stringer art first i'll try a blue one lesley sounds nice. i woke up this morning with some variations on this theme which i will try. i wont be keep it, but if it doesnt sell then i will! lol

tan, lesleymac will tell you i am NEVER happy! but yeah, i like it. taking it to show the gang at work today so will see what they say. i test everything out on them i think next time i might make the strips a little closer together and a little longer for a deeper bowl, but generally i am really pleased i finally got around to doing it. been wanting to do it for aaages x
