Harumph! You are making fun of me - and I thought you would share
my joy! >:( ;D

I've just made a pendant with ivory and turquoise in my new Kalera
press and some spacers to match.  Another two firsts for me - the glass
combo and the press. It may be one small step to you Hazel, but it's
a giant leap for me :D :D :D

PS I didn't say it was a decent big hole bead - just my first (and the bead release
gave way before I was properly finished...

Thank goodness you started this thread Marg, I owe you one......big time. And Sal, I remember you telling me all that info when I came for my beginners lesson, that'll teach me to ignore technical advice :-[

Yikes, just read this and i've never bled my hoses! Don't remember being told to but then I have got a rubbish memory. Will make sure I do so from now on. Thanks!

I turn off the oxy and semi-bleed the torch - wait for the flame to get half height & then turn off the bottle - to stop to make a brew go to the loo have a chat muck about with the washing etc then I can go back in for another hour or two..

Always bleed off the propane at the end of the session =  end of the day
