SC 2 annealing, Lost post!!

I am firing up my SC2 for the first time  OMG!
a little while ago i read a post that would be ideal for me to program it , but i cant find it again!! 

It explained step by step what todo, ie  press red button till idle appears   ..... etc
at one point it advised to go in and have a lie down and a glass of wine,

If anyone can point me in the right direction to finding it again i would be grateful,

That's the one I used....fab clear instructions from Helen, unlike the manual that came with it!!!

i printed it off at work, not quite sure why it didnt print the whole thing!!
